The Elite Engines maintains a presence on third-party social media platforms — including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads — and integrates with several of these platforms through our software engines. This disclaimer clarifies the nature of those relationships.

1. Independence from Platforms

The Elite Engines is an independent business. We are not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or otherwise officially connected to any of the social media platforms referenced on our website, in our marketing, or within our software, except where we have an explicit written partnership and clearly disclose it.

References to platform names and features are made solely for descriptive purposes — to help users understand which platforms our products integrate with or which platforms our training relates to.

2. Trademark Notice

"Facebook", "Meta", "Instagram", "YouTube", "Google", "X", "Twitter", "LinkedIn", "TikTok", "Pinterest", "Threads", and other platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names on our website or within our materials does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any business relationship beyond that explicitly disclosed.

3. Platform Compliance Is Your Responsibility

Each social media platform has its own terms of service, advertising policies, community guidelines, and acceptable-use rules. These rules are set and enforced by the platform, not by us. When you use any of our tools to publish content, run ads, message users, capture leads, or otherwise interact with a platform, you are solely responsible for complying with that platform's rules.

The Elite Engines is not liable for any account suspension, post removal, ad rejection, or other enforcement action taken by a platform against you or your business.

4. Income, Endorsement & Performance Claims

Any content we publish on social media regarding income, results, leads, sales, traffic, or business growth is subject to the disclosures in our Earnings Disclaimer and FTC Compliance policies. Testimonials and case studies on social media reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical results.

5. Comments, Messages & User Posts

Comments and messages posted by third parties on our social media accounts are the views of those individuals and not necessarily those of The Elite Engines. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates a platform's rules, contains spam, abuse, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or that we otherwise consider inappropriate, and we may block users who repeatedly violate these standards.

6. Direct Messages & Customer Support

While we make best efforts to respond to direct messages on social media, the most reliable way to receive support is via email at support@theeliteengines.com or through the in-app support system on the dashboard. Social DMs are not guaranteed to be monitored 24/7.

7. Use of Platform APIs

Where our software integrates with a platform's API, our use of that API is subject to the platform's developer agreement. Platforms may change, restrict, or remove API access at any time. We are not liable for any disruption to features that depend on third-party APIs that are altered or discontinued by the platform.

8. Third-Party Links

Our social media posts and profiles may include links to third-party websites or content. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business conduct of any linked third party.
