Anti-Spam & Copyright Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
This policy explains how The Elite Engines handles spam, unsolicited communications, and copyright matters across our platform — both in how we communicate with you, and in how you are required to use our tools (especially our email-sending engines and content-generation tools).
1. Our Anti-Spam Commitment
The Elite Engines does not send unsolicited bulk email. We send messages only to:
- People who created an account on our platform;
- People who purchased one of our products;
- People who explicitly opted in to a newsletter, lead magnet, or community list owned by us.
Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link and our identifying information. We honour unsubscribe requests promptly — typically within 24 hours, and always within 10 business days as required by applicable law.
2. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR & DPDPA Compliance
We design our marketing practices to comply with major anti-spam and consent regulations, including but not limited to:
- The U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003;
- Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL);
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU/UK ePrivacy rules;
- India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA);
- Australia's Spam Act 2003.
3. Your Obligations When Using Our Tools
Several Elite Engines features allow you to send email, run lead-capture forms, schedule social posts, or otherwise communicate with third parties. When you use those tools, you — not The Elite Engines — are responsible for compliance with all applicable anti-spam and consent laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your recipients.
You agree not to use our Service to:
- Send bulk email to recipients who have not given consent;
- Send messages with misleading subject lines, sender names, or "From" addresses;
- Omit a working unsubscribe link or your identifying postal address;
- Continue messaging recipients after they have unsubscribed;
- Use purchased, scraped, harvested, or rented email lists;
- Engage in any practice that violates the laws referenced above or any other applicable law.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and you may be liable for any resulting damages or penalties.
4. Reporting Spam from Elite Engines
If you believe you have received an unsolicited message from someone abusing our Service, please report it to us with the full email headers and body so we can investigate.
Report spam: support@theeliteengines.com
We take reports seriously and investigate every credible complaint. Confirmed abuse will result in account termination.
