Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Elite Engines ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit theeliteengines.com, register an account, purchase products, or use any of our software, training, or related services (the "Service").
We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), profile photo, business or product details you choose to share.
- Purchase information: billing name, billing address, transaction details. Full credit card numbers are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors.
- Content you submit: text inputs, uploads, links, prompts, lead-form submissions, support messages, and any other content you provide while using the Service.
- Communications: emails, support tickets, chat messages, and survey responses.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits consumed, timestamps, referring URLs.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language preferences.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for login, analytics cookies, advertising cookies (where consented).
1.3 Information from third parties
If you arrive via a third-party platform (such as WarriorPlus, Razorpay, JVZoo, Stripe, or affiliate networks), we may receive your name, email, transaction ID, and product purchased so we can grant access. If you authenticate with a social provider, we may receive basic profile information you authorize.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Create and manage your account and grant access to purchased products;
- Process payments, refunds, and recurring subscriptions;
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- Generate AI outputs based on your inputs;
- Send transactional emails (receipts, login alerts, password resets, product updates);
- Send marketing emails about new features, training, or promotions (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Respond to support requests;
- Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tools to:
- Keep you logged in across pages;
- Remember your preferences;
- Measure traffic and feature usage (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity);
- Run advertising and conversion-tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, where applicable).
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations — including hosting (Hostinger Cloud VPS), email delivery (Resend, SMTP providers), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), payment processors (Razorpay, WarriorPlus, Stripe), AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, fal.ai, others), and customer support tooling.
- Affiliates and partners only when required to fulfill commission obligations (for example, sharing transaction confirmation with the affiliate who referred your purchase).
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality protections.
5. AI Processing
When you use our AI engines, the inputs you provide may be sent to third-party model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) for processing. These providers operate under their own privacy and data-handling commitments. We do not knowingly send personally identifying information to AI providers unless you include it in your input.
We do not use your inputs to train public AI models. AI providers may retain inputs briefly for safety and abuse-prevention purposes per their published policies.
6. Email Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails necessary for the operation of the Service (such as receipts, password resets, and product access notifications). These cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Marketing emails are sent only after you have created an account or opted in. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing applies only to marketing — transactional emails will continue.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we may retain certain records (such as transaction logs and tax records) for the period required by applicable law, typically up to seven years.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, scoped access keys, regular off-host backups, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your account and personal information (subject to legal retention exceptions);
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@theeliteengines.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDPA, etc.).
10. International Transfers
The Elite Engines is operated from India. If you access the Service from outside India, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with information.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to external websites or third-party tools we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Service.
