FTC Compliance Disclosure

Last updated: May 8, 2026

The Elite Engines is committed to operating in a way that is transparent, honest, and aligned with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255), as well as comparable consumer-protection rules in other jurisdictions. This page explains how we comply.

1. Our Commitment to Honest Marketing

We make a sincere effort to ensure that everything we publish — sales pages, emails, social media posts, ads, training videos, and product descriptions — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. If we ever discover an inaccuracy, we correct it as quickly as possible.

2. Affiliate Relationships

We may earn commissions or other compensation when you purchase products through links on our website, in our emails, or in our training materials. These commissions support the operation of The Elite Engines and never increase the price you pay.

Where we promote a third-party product or service, we will indicate the affiliate relationship clearly using language such as:

We only recommend products and services we have personally used, evaluated, or believe will deliver genuine value to our audience.

3. Material Connections & Endorsements

If we receive any of the following in exchange for a review, endorsement, mention, or recommendation, we will disclose it clearly and conspicuously:

The fact that we received compensation never changes our honest opinion. We retain full editorial control over every review and endorsement we publish.

4. Testimonials & Case Studies

Testimonials, screenshots, case studies, and success stories shared by The Elite Engines reflect the genuine experiences of the individuals shown. They are not typical results, are not guaranteed, and may not be replicable. The average user should not expect to achieve similar outcomes — see our Earnings Disclaimer.

Where a testimonial provider has been compensated, gifted product, or has any other material relationship with us, this is disclosed alongside the testimonial.

5. Income & Performance Claims

Where we share specific income, traffic, sales, or performance numbers, those numbers represent actual results from a specific person, business, or campaign at a specific point in time. They are not predictions of what you will achieve. We do not "round up" numbers, fabricate screenshots, or otherwise misrepresent results.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some content within our Service is generated using artificial-intelligence models. Where the output is published or used in marketing materials, the user is responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and complying with applicable disclosure rules in their jurisdiction. The Elite Engines discloses where AI is used in any of our own first-party marketing materials when such disclosure is required.

7. Sponsored Content & Paid Reviews

If we publish content that is sponsored, paid for, or written in cooperation with a third party, the relationship will be clearly disclosed at the top of the content using language such as "Sponsored", "Paid Partnership", or "Affiliate Review".

8. Reporting a Compliance Concern

If you believe any of our marketing or disclosure practices fall short of FTC guidelines or any other applicable consumer-protection rules, please contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue.
